• Exclusive Use:
  Without explicit written agreement, no image published on this website may be used for commercial or editorial purposes.
• Non-commercial Use:
  Private, non-commercial use (e.g., as part of a personal blog or private collection) also requires my written permission. Please contact me to discuss the possibilities.
• Prohibited Actions:
  It is not permitted to edit, alter, or use images in a way that could damage my reputation or distort the original message of the image.

2. Purchasing a License

To use image material, a license purchase is required. With the purchase of a license, you obtain the right to use the respective image under the following conditions:

• Intended Use:
  The use is strictly limited to the agreed purpose (e.g., advertising, editorial use, online publications, etc.). Any transfer or reuse in other contexts requires a new license.
• Scope of License:
  The license may be limited geographically (regional or international) and temporally (e.g., for a specific period). Details will be agreed upon individually.
• Pricing:
  The cost of licensing depends on the purpose of use, duration, and scope of usage. Contact me directly for an individual offer.
• Payment Terms:
  Payment is required in advance. You will receive the right to use the image material only after payment and confirmation of the licensing agreement.

3. Detailed License Terms

• Attribution:
  For each publication of licensed image material, unless otherwise agreed, the photographer (me) must be credited as the author.
• No Transfer of Rights:
  The acquired license is non-transferable. Redistribution or sublicensing to third parties is only permitted with my written consent.
• Modifications to the Image:
  Modifications to the image material (e.g., color corrections, cropping) are generally allowed as long as the authorship and artistic expression are not compromised. If major changes are planned, please contact me in advance.
